1. All texts submitted to the journal are subject to review.
  2. The review process is overseen by the subject editors, who are the members of the editorial board specialising in the fields pertaining to a given article.
  3. The subject editor appoints two external reviewers to independently evaluate the issue. They must not be affiliated with the Institute, in which the author is employed.
  4. The reviewers decide whether the text qualifies for publication, taking into consideration the following criteria: innovative approach to the topic acknowledging the current academic literature, appropriate methodology, the impact on the current state of research.
  5. Each review is prepared in writing and must be ended with an unambiguous conclusion whether the text should be published or rejected.
  6. The subject editor makes the final decision about the publication or rejection, based on the two written external
  7. The reviews are double-blind. The reviewers and the authors do not know each other’s identities.
  8. The reviews are confidential. Neither the author nor the other editor can be shown the contents of the given review.
  9. All articles are published in the magazine free of charge

Explanation of the term “ghostwriting”

1.Taking into consideration basic responsibility an author needs to take while submitting an article, it is required of them to list all co-authors and their workload, also ones that inspired the paper and whose data were used in it (stating their university affiliation).

  1. Editorial board records all manifestations of scientific dishonesty (particularly cases of ghostwritting) and breaking ethical principles notifying relevant services accordingly.
